HERE IS A SNEAK PEAK OF THE STORY.
Pilar loves reading detective books, so much that one day she gets engrossed in a novel and ends up literally trapped in the story. She finds herself at the scene of the crime of the story. The police inspector, Susana Santos, is asking for her help to solve the crime.

CAPÍTULO 1
Pilar está leyendo en casa
Todas las noches, después de cenar, a Pilar le gusta sentarse en el sofá para leer. Le encantan los libros de misterio.
Hoy va a leer un libro titulado ‘¿Quién ha sido?’
La protagonista de la historia, la inspectora de policía Susana Santos, debe resolver un asesinato.
Pilar coge una taza de té y su novela y se sienta en el sofá.
Los niños ya están durmiendo y su marido está todavía trabajando en el ordenador.
Es un momento de relax para ella.
Pilar abre el libro y empieza a leer.
A Pilar la historia le parece muy interesante, tan interesante que de repente Pilar se mete dentro de la historia.
Ahora Pilar ya no está sentada en el sofá de su casa. Ahora está en frente del cadáver, y la inspectora de policía, Susana Santos, empieza a hablarle.

CHAPTER 1
Pilar is reading at home
Every night, after having dinner, Pilar likes to sit on the sofa to read. She loves mystery books.
Today she’s going to start a book titled ‘Who was it?’
The main character of the story, police inspector Susana Santos, must solve a murder.
Pilar gets a cup of tea and her novel and sits down on the sofa.
The children are already sleeping and her husband is still working on the computer. It’s a moment of relax for her.
Pilar opens the book and starts reading. Pilar finds the story very interesting, so interesting that all of a sudden Pilar gets into the the story.
Now, Pilar is no longer sitting on the sofa in her home. Now, she is in front of the dead body, and the police inspector, Susana Santos, starts speaking to her.

CAPÍTULO 2
Pilar conoce a la inspectora Santos
—Buenas noches, Pilar. —saluda la inspectora Susana Santos.
Pilar está en estado de shock. No entiende qué está pasando.
—¿Qué hago yo aquí? Esto no es real, —dice Pilar.
La inspectora Susana Santos intenta tranquilizarla.
—Mira, Pilar, te he traído hasta aquí porque necesito tu ayuda. Como tú ya sabes, siempre resuelvo todos mis casos, pero este es demasiado complicado.
—Pero, ¿por qué yo? —pregunta Pilar.
No conozco a nadie que lea tanta novela negra como tú. —responde la inspectora Santos.
—Solo voy a ayudarte si me explicas cómo puedo volver a mi casa. —dice Pilar.
—Cierra el libro ‘Quién ha sido’ para volver a casa y ábrelo para regresar aquí, a la comisaría. —le explica la inspectora Santos.
Pilar acepta ayudar a la inspectora Santos.

CHAPATER 2
Pilar meets inspector Santos
—Good evening, Pilar. —greets inspector Susana Santos.
Pilar is in shock. She doesn’t understand what’s going on
—What am I doing here? This is not real, —says Pilar.
Inspector Susana Santos tries to calm her down.
—Look, Pilar, I brough you here, because I need your help. As you know, I always solve all my cases, but this one is too complicated.
—But, why me? —asks Pilar.
Because I don’t know anybody who reads more detective novels than you. —answers inspector Santos.
—I’m only going to help you if you explain to me how I can go back home.—says Pilar.
—Close the book 'Quién ha sido' to go back home and open it to return here, to the police station. Explains inspector Santos.
Pilar accepts to help inpector Santos.

CAPÍTULO 3
Dos sospechosos
—¿Cómo puedo ayudarte? —pregunta Pilar.
—Como ya sabes, el hombre asesinado era un científico de 40 años. —dice la inspectora Santos.
Ha tenido un accidente de coche cuando iba a recoger un premio por su contribución en un nuevo prototipo de humanoide. Pensamos que alguien ha provocado el accidente.
—¿Tienes algún sospecho? —pregunta Pilar.
—Sí, tengo dos sospechosos, otro científico que también optaba al premio y su compañero de piso.
—Entiendo que el científico que no ganó el premio sea sospechoso, pero ¿por qué es sospecho el compañero de piso?
—Porque el científico muerto se iba a casar con su ex novia.
—¿Ya han sido interrogados los sospechosos? —pregunta Pilar.
—Sí, y parece que los dos tienen una coartada.

CHAPTER 3
Two suspects
—How can I help you? —asks Pilar.
—As you already know the man murdered was a 40 year old scientist. —says inspector Santos.
—He had a car accident when he was going to pick up an award for his contribution to a new humanoid prototype. We think that someone is responsable for the accident.
—Do you have any suspects? —asks Pilar.
—Yes, I’ve got two suspects, another scientist who was also opting to the award and his flat mate.
—I understand that the scientist who didn’t win the award is a suspect, but why is the flat mate a suspect?
—Because the scientist murdered was going to marry her ex-girlfriend.
—Have the suspects been already interrogated? —asks Pilar.
—Yes, and it seems that they both have an alibi.

CAPÍTULO 4
La madre de la novia
—¿Has hablado con la novia del científico muerto? —pregunta Pilar.
—No, todavía no, pero he hablado con su madre.
—¿Con su madre?
—Sí, viven juntas. —responde la inspectora Santos.
—Me ha dicho que su hija no podía hablar ahora conmigo. Cuando ha sabido que su novio había muerto ha tenido un ataque de ansiedad y está en estos momentos durmiendo bajo los efectos de un ansiolítico.
Cuando se despierte hablaré con ella.
—¿Te ha explicado la madre dónde estaba su hija en el momento del asesinato?
—Sí, estaba en casa haciendo las maletas.
—¿Dónde pensaba ir?
—A Alemania. Iba a mudarse ahí con su novio. Al científico muerto le habían dado un puesto en una empresa de Inteligencia Artificial.

CHAPTER 4
The girlfriend's mum
—Did you speak with the dead scientist's girlfriend? —asks Pilar
—No, not yet, but I spoke with her mum.
—With her mum?
—Yes, they live together. —answered inspector Santos.
—She told me that her daughter couldn’t speak with me now. When she learned that her boyfried had died, she had an ansiety attack,and she is now sleeping under the effects of sedatives.
When she wakes up, I will speak to her.
—Did the mother tell you where her daughter was at the time of the murder?
—Yes, she was at home packing.
—Where was she thinking of going?
—To Germany. She was going to move there with her boyfriend. The dead scientist had got a job in an Artificial Intelligence company.

CAPÍTULO 5
Café para tres
—¿Te ha dicho la madre cuándo ha sido la última vez que su hija ha visto al científico asesinado?
—Sí, esta tarde. Han tomado un café antes de que el científico fuera a recoger su premio.
—¿Han ido a una cafetería? —pregunta Pilar.
—No, han tomado un café en casa de la madre.
—¿Le han realizado la autopsia al científico muerto?
—Sí, ha muerto por un golpe en la cabeza.
También han encontrado restos de ansiolítico en la sangre.
—Ya sé quién ha matado al científico. —dice Pilar.
—¿Quién ha sido? —pregunta la inspectora Santos.
—La madre de la novia. Ha puesto ansiolíticos en el café del científico. Por eso se ha dormido cuando conducía y ha tenido un accidente.
—Pero, ¿por qué? ¿Por qué lo ha hecho? —pregunta la inspectora Santos.
—Es una madre muy posesiva y controladora. —responde Pilar.
No quería que su hija fuera a vivir a Alemania.

CHAPTER 5
Coffee for three
—Did the mother tell you when it was the last time her daughter saw the murdered scientist?
—Yes, this afternoon. They had a coffee before the scientist when to collect his award.
—Did they go to a café? —asks Pilar.
—No, they had a coffee at the mother's home.
—Did they conduct an autopsy on the dead scientist?
—Yes, he died because of a blow to the head. They also found rests of a tranquiliser in his blood.
—Now I know who killed the scientist. —says Pilar.
—Who was it? —asks inspector Santos.
—The girlfriend’s mother. She put tranquilisers in the scientist's coffee. That's why he fell asleep while driving and had an accident.
—But, why? Why did she do it? —asks inspector Santos.
—She is a very possessive and controlling mother. —answers Pilar.
She didn’t want her daughter to move to Germany.
